Itinerary

Tour

This tour starts in the morning from the Wadi Rum Rest House. It is the first building and parking lot on your right when you reach the Wadi Rum Village. If you have a rental car, you can park it here during the tour. The Wadi Rum Rest House is a few kilometers past the Wadi Rum Visitor Centre where you must pay the entrance fees to Wadi Rum (5 JOD per person or free with the Jordan Pass). We recommend that you arrive between 9:00 and 10:00 to start the tour but it is not a problem if you arrive later. Once you meet your guide, you will start your jeep tour in the Wadi Rum desert. The tour will stop at all of the famous and beautiful sites in Wadi Rum. At each site, you will have a chance to get out of the jeep and explore the site on foot. During the day, the tour will stop in a shady place to have a lunch made with local foods. The last stop on the tour is a great place to view the sunset.

Evening and Overnight

After the Wadi Rum Jeep Tour, we will drive you to the place where you will stay overnight. We will serve a traditional dinner made with local ingredients. Our dinner is served as a buffet and many of the dishes are vegetarian. After dinner, you can enjoy a relaxing evening before going to sleep.

We offer three sleeping options with our tours.

  1. Sleeping at our Desert Camp: At our camp, we have private tents with proper beds so that you can have a comfortable sleep. We serve dinner and breakfast in a large communal tent where you can also rest during the evening before going to sleep. Our camp has a shared bathroom facility with toilets and showers. If you click here, you can see some photos of our camp.

  2. Sleeping Under the Stars: When you choose to sleep beneath the stars, we take you to an area away from all of the camps. We prepare dinner at a cave and we eat around a fire. We provide you with a mattress, pillow, and blankets and you will sleep in the open air under the stars.

  3. Sleeping Under the Stars in a Modern Camping Tent: This is the same as sleeping under the stars but instead of sleeping in the open air, we provide you with a modern camping tent for sleeping.

Let us know which sleeping option you would prefer when you make a booking.

Morning

We serve breakfast in the morning around 7:30 AM. After breakfast, we will drive you back to the Wadi Rum Village between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
